During your discovery call, we will customize your bookings to suit.

As a general guideline, an introductory session of 90 minutes and two subsequent 60 minute sessions are recommended. This is relative and dependent on your individual 'focus for the booking'. Preparation, any recordings or guidance during the timeframe of receiving Hypnotherapy is included.
